Software Developer Lead
Location - Snowstack LLC 14045 Ballantyne Corporate Place, Suite 460 Charlotte, NC 28277
Gather various business and technical requirements for IT projects, Plan resourcing requirements, initiate, coordinate and manage information technology (IT) projects that are currently active and being implemented. Perform Gap Analysis, High Level Solution Design, Implementation Strategy, Data Migration Functional Analysis, Functional Specifications, and Configuration Management. Work with the top management to analyze and review the technical and functional requirements of the IT projects, including the business processes, project scope, personnel requirements, and budget constrain. Provide strategic planning for implementing various IT projects involving the design of e- commerce solutions, software systems, search engine placement, data warehouse programs, and client/server applications. Travel And/or Relocation to unanticipated client sites is required.
Bachelor's degree in Computers/ IT/Engineering (Any)/Science or closely related field with Twelve (12) months of experience in the job offered or as an Business Analyst/ IT Project Manager/ IT Consultant/ Developer/ Programmer/ Analyst or closely related. Employer also accepts a Bachelor's degree (or foreign Equivalent) earned through any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience, as determined by a professional evaluation service in Computers/ IT/Engineering (Any)/Science or closely related field plus Twelve (12) months of progressive work experience in related field.
